For more than twenty years, I have worked as a relationship therapist, individual therapist and psychodrama group therapist. In addition, I walk the path of tantra, in which I also teach, including Tantric Dance. In my offer, I bring together the best of both worlds: tantra and psychotherapeutic work. After years of working with sexual trauma in therapy, I have further specialized in guiding women, men and couples towards a healthy, fulfilling sexual relationship — with themselves and with others.
Both within and outside the mental health care sector, I have set up groups in which my holistic methodology and personal style are central. I transfer this knowledge in training courses for therapists and coaches, in which I teach them how to integrate sexuality as a theme in their work.
For me, tantra is a path in life. A journey of daring to look, doing shadow work and clearing up. It takes courage to free yourself layer by layer from old patterns and beliefs. In that process I learned to look wider, to rewrite old imprints about being a woman and — next to, under and through that inner work — to let my life energy flow. The light, playful and sensual energy that creates space.
In my work as a tantra teacher I want to share that combination of depth and playfulness, and inspire and invite others to also walk this path of self-exploration and liberation. My intention is to create a safe, open space where you can discover, feel and play.
