My path began early. As a child, I was connected to movement; dance, gymnastics, and yoga felt like a natural language. My mother took me into her world of mantra chanting and meditations, where I was able to experience the first seeds of consciousness, stillness, and connection. I found it magical, and I enjoyed joining in well into my adolescence.
Yet, like so many others, for a time I started living primarily from my head. Moving along with expectations, seeking stability outside myself, I became increasingly distanced from my body and my feelings.
After the passing of my mother and my divorce shortly thereafter, I was invited—or perhaps even forced—to turn inward again. What followed was an intense and honest path of self-development. I immersed myself in various workshops, training courses, and educational programs, in which I learned, layer by layer, to feel, open up, and embody again.
What once began as a personal quest has grown into the work I now share with love and dedication. Everything I offer is lived through. It stems from my own journey — a journey back to the body, to softness, to truth.
